Welcome to Gather & Glow Medical Aesthetics Inc. By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services & Appointments
Gather & Glow provides mobile piercing, cosmetic injectable, wellness, and related services. All services are subject to an appropriate consultation and assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment when it is not considered appropriate or safe.
Appointments and mobile events are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, minimum of 48hrs is required. Deposits may be non-refundable and may be subject to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Mobile Services
Mobile services are provided at the agreed-upon location. Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and suitable environment for treatment. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Minimum of 3 people required to book mobile services.
Medical & Cosmetic Services
Results from cosmetic treatments, including neuromodulator injections such as Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin®, vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. All treatments carry potential risks and require informed consent.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including medications, allergies, medical conditions, and previous treatments.
Piercing Services
Clients must provide accurate health information and follow all aftercare instructions provided by Gather & Glow. Healing times and outcomes vary, and complications can occur despite appropriate care.
For minors, consent and eligibility requirements must be met before treatment.
Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in advance. Prices are subject to standard HST.

Gather & Glow may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website.
